Great, But Ruined by 1 Major Flaw They Refuse to Address (Update: Fixed!)

I've had my account for YEARS now, but had to change my associated e-mail address, since my ex-university finally pulled the plug on it.Problem: Associated e-mail addresses can't be updated on the mobile-app (which thankfully still gives me access to my Eventbrite account). No, logins via desktop browser is needed, but can't be done without a verification-code sent to my now-dead e-mail address.Updating associated e-mail addresses are a simple matter for Support, right? NOPE! I've asked help since 10 March 2024 and they've NOT given any substantive reply or solution. I thought 1 of them gave a plan, but apparently only lied (telling me to to wait for after the event in the ticket to execute a solution) only to get me to stop replying and let the support-ticket die. I finally was able to get a new support-ticket, which I'll keep alive until the solution is derived.Seriously, HOW is this difficult? SO MANY different websites allow for updating e-mail addresses with ease. (I'll admit: My initial support-request was convoluted, since I was trying to harmonize my prior-mentioned original account & a new account with my now-used e-mail address. I deleted my new account, as per the advise of a support-staff. But, what the Hell, Eventbrite‽)Update #001: STILL, no reply back, despite keeping the "support"-ticket alive by e-mails every 3-4 days. The latest "reply" I got dates to 15 July 2024, essentially stating, "Remember how we closed your case and disable your ability to re-activate it, and ignored your further attempts to contact us on the matter? Yeah… " It's now 12 August 2024. Still nothing. Shameless! Boycott this vendor!Update #002 dated 22 August 2024: Just a week after by birthday (like a belated birthday-gift), the fix was finally issued by Support.
