I have used this site 10 times to sell tickets for our past events and up until the last one, there haven't been any issues. On this last one, they are telling me that they can't deposit my funds unless i update my banking info. It has now been two weeks without payment. They don't have phone support so you are at the mercy of chat-bots and waiting for emails. This has been a horrible experience and very disappointing as everything was great initially.
