No customer service, no refund, no exceptions

They will never refund even if it is a mistake! For example, I purchased one too many tickets. Immediately, I realized my mistake and contacted them. This didn't make any difference to eventbrite. They will not refund at all! Sure, to be fair, it was disclosed that they didn't do refunds. Understandable if customers change their mind about going, but we overpurchased by one ticket, a mistake. That was our request. They said no refund anyway. Be very careful before you purchase. They allow no exceptions. No customer service!
