Etsy: NO way to ever contact them! Reports online, from Trustpilot to Reddit and elsewhere, report same issue. I merely want to close my store and personal info removed. The link to close store not working. Any idea how much time people, including myself, have wasted merely trying to contact Etsy due to a problem THEY caused?I also opened a Better Business Bureau report. Anything to force them to pay attention to the public they are mistreating!HOW is this legal? NO contact method, NO way to report issues. Obviously they don't want anything but our money, right? Obviously they don't want to know about or deal with THEIR issues.Time for Etsy to feel the wrath of its sellers and customers. This is not how to run a business! And this is why I sell my products on my own self-hosted store. But I have endorsed Etsy in the past by encouraging creative pals to use it. Never again will I buy or even think about selling on Etsy! YOU have been warned: NO way to contact them. Which has been critical for many who sell and buy on Etsy.Danger, Will Robinson, Danger!
