Someone used my email address to make fraudulent purchases on Etsy. I contacted them multiple times, explaining that the scammer is using someone else’s credit card while attaching my email to an unverified account. Despite this, Etsy keeps misdirecting the issue—they keep insisting they’ll handle 'unauthorized charges on my card,' even though my card was never involved! The real problem is that they allowed my email to be used without verification (the account still shows as unverified). No matter how many times I clarify, they refuse to listen or address the actual security flaw. Extremely frustrating and disappointing!
