I was told i would be receiving a refund for 90 dollars when i called them to cancel an accidental purchase on thier website. They told me it would take 5 days to get into my account. I called again on November 7th, and the lady told me they would "escalate" my case and she provided me with a case number. I had to call again to follow up on November 15th, and I was upset at this point, and the man told me it would be in my bank account in 24 hours. Was patient another week, and called in on November 22nd, the guy told me he would Escalate my case again, and it would take 5 business days. I told him this is not acceptable, and he ended up just hanging up on me. I called back talked to a young lady and she said my case was escalated and i would be receiving a confirmation email, and my refund would be back in my account in 5 days. I never recieved an email or refund yet. Called again today November 28th for them just to tell me the same story... They would escalate my case, and i spoke with a supervisor this time. The best he was able to do for me was absolutely nothing. He said he would call me everyday to update me on the status of my refund, and thats the best he can do. Ive been lied to, and been told the same thing over, and over again, and at the end of the day i still dont have my 90 dollars. For someone who orders the UFC fight every month, and is a ESPN + subscriber since they released the application. I'm beyond upset.
