I became a client of ESET 2 years ago, it was recommended by a student from Student-Aan-Huis Amsterdam when the student was helping me to secure my computer and banking information. I am satisfied with ESET and would recommend it to another person. The other reason why I am satisfied with ESET is because whenever I call for advice the representative is courteous and extremely helpful. The representative stays on the phone with me until my problems are solved. I never feel rushed and that is a plus for me as I do not understand much about how things work on a computer.
