I have a long transit in dubai +10 hours I did meet all criteria’s beside the fare I paid was less than 1.000 usd unfortunately this information is not displayed anywhere. So I’m forced to sit in an airport under these horrible conditions. Even a voucher for meals is not provided. Which is to say it least way behind competitors ie. Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways. Will probably in future use them due their cheaper fares as well. I will share this review on Google and TripAdvisor etc. didn’t expect so bad service by Emirates. Very disappointing.
