This is my first time on Emirates (flew London - Sydney), and I won’t be using them again.I chose Emirates because economy has a reputation for being good, but my word, it was not.The meal service is dreadful - it was 2 hours before we were even offered a drink. It’s completely impossible for a vegetarian to eat a meal - the only pre-book options are religious meals, and there is nothing in flight - on the way back I purchased my own food, as I did not eat for a 14 hour flight on the way out as it was so bad.The bathrooms are grim. They make up rules as they go along.And the $21.99 WiFi is not fit for purpose.
