Elimundo is a scam! I waited months for 2 dresses to arrive and found it extremely difficult to get a response from anyone! They then informed me the package had been delivered and so they took no further responsibility for anything! I work at home and elderly neighbours are always here if I’m not so if a package had been delivered I would know! Finally after many emails they offered me 55% refund!!!! How is that fair??? I’m furious and will also inform Pinterest where I first saw these dresses! What a scam! Just like Temu and all those Sweatshop websites! I should have known better! Please don’t trust these sites unless they are Australian and provide phone numbers and clear email contacts!I expect a full refund and compensation for delivery charges!
