The company has never heard of customer service. My agency package needs to be renewed. I want to use the Black Friday options which are being displayed on the website, however that is not for loyal customers. Only for new licenses/customers. So basically. A new license needs to be bought. After buying that new license, they forgot to explain that we manually need to enter each site and reconnect that site to the new license. There is nothing that support can do, no adjustments can be made to the current license and no service can be provided what so ever. No, that can't be done is the default answer of customer support.
