Ordered bed and mattress from Palma . Told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called them, they said they would check up on it and call me back. They did this and said it would come the next day. A delivery company then called and said they would deliver the order. The base and legs of the bed came but not the mattress . Numerous phone calls were met with indifference to the fact that I didn’t have a bed to sleep on that night. My wife is 73 and asthmatic so they suggested she sleep on the floor or a sofa. Kept promising to phone back but never did. I will never shop there again. They are over staffed with incompetent unsuitable people , more interested than chatting amongst themselves than providing any level of customer service. The review should be 0 stars
