Very disappointed !!! I will never visit this store again and I will let everyone know ...On the 26th May while visiting Saville I have purchased a pair of Camper sandals ,with I very much love, from el corte ingles. After wearing them a few times ,one of the straps that was attached to the sole came off. :(((I have contacted Camper to find out that there is 2 years guarantee on the sandals, but I have to contact el corte ingles where I bought them from ,so I did and explained that I leave in the UK ,I have send them the bank details of the payment and a picture proof of the damaged sandals. After a week the customer service replayed that due to a data protection, they can't help ...and they closed the case:(((
