An agent called me to renew my subscription. All details were given that the renewal amount is for 1 year and specified the end date (which is after one year). I gave my credit card details and after the call I received an email stating that I have renewed my subscription for 12 weeks only!!!! Follow up emails and calls didn’t result in anything!!!
