Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.I have ordered print Economist back in July 2017. Not received any copy in due time. Checked with Economist and update my residential. One month later, still no issue arrived. Checked with Economist again and asked me for residential on a second time, which have been provided previously. Cancelled the order in early Jan and still have not received the refund. Been contacting with them and no reply now.Is there anyone or authority we can resort to? This is the most horrible customer service I have been through.
