Why when I cancelled have I still been charged £35? I have requested a refund. I don't want to be left with no choice but to black payments in case I wanted to resubscribe in future. Even if you have a print subscription, you should be able to cancel your subscription EASILY online. I'm sure that would keep everyone happy. (btw My online account says 'you are not a subscriber'!! )
