I called to cancel a subscription (paper and digital) and they offered me a cheaper option - to go just digital. I asked if the current payment would be cancelled and i was told - yes I will get a refund and new (lower fee) will be charged. I stopped to receive the paper copies as promised but... for the full price. Never got refund. The only way of contacting them is over the phone and live chat but on live chat there is no one ever available.
