Appalling customer service. I signed up for a subscribtion, which has never worked properly (I couldn't log in online) and which they batted around their customer service team for weeks before offering me three free months. I accepted. However before those three months had started they debited another £65 from my account! It has taken me nine emails to get them to agree to a refund, which I still don't have, despite waiting the time they asked me to (ten working days). I am horrified and will never, ever use the Economist again. Suggest you steer well clear.
