Pushy sales people, intrusive and disrespectful of customer’s wishes

The magazine is good, but the way they behave after you cancel your subscription is what I would call borderline intrusive. Not respecting any boundaries, staff ignoring your instructions when trying to cancel via live chat, and pushy sales people chasing you again and again by phone even after you have cancelled.I would not have thought this of a newspaper which claims to be reputable.
