Full of ads and annoying to cancel

I love reading The Economist but they need to treat their customers with more respect. There is no way to cancel without calling or using the live chat and they were very pushy and annoying. I was planning to subscribe again later but their annoying cancellation process and ads in their app convinced me not to.EDIT: since my last review, they have actually made cancelling harder and now say to call them in order to do it.
