Great publication but terrible customer support

Asked to cancel my subscription and gave all the bank details in order to process the refund. Spent 40 minutes on the phone to explain where to send the money. 3 days later I'm told that the refund amount had been sent to the wrong address and to sort it out myself. Reached back asking for support from the finance/payments team and never heard back. Great publication but very unhelpful and incompetent customer support.
