In March of 2020 I purchased a 3 year subscription and my account mysteriously disappeared in December of 2022 with 15 months (about $200.00) essentially stolen from me. I have spent 2 hours with their customer service people trying to resolve this. I have a receipt fro my subscription but they are not interested in it. How can I believe what they report on if they are willing to steal from their customers. They do not deserve to be in business. Beware.
