Extremely difficult to cancel

I tried to cancel my subscription, but it was not possible. You need to contact the Economist. One possibility is the chat. But its very slow, you have the feeling you are taking to a robot. They try explain some features you might has missed. At the end, after 20 minutes, I needed to go out with my dog. When I came back, the chat was closed and nothing was cancelled.
