Well, it is no secret that The Economist makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription once you have signed up. I told customer service ten times that I just wanted to cancel the subscription and THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY FURTHER PROMOTIONS. The customer service agent just IGNORED everything I told him and kept giving me more promotion options even though I told him a thousand times THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED! He finally shut up after I used swear words that I was unfortunately forced to use. It is ridiculous how disrespectful they treat you and make it almost impossible to unsubscribe. I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE!!!
