Without doubt eBay are the biggest bunch of cheating crooks out there. I used their 'Global Shipping' system to send a valuable and rare brand new old stock vintage diesel engine fuel injection pump to a buyer in Ireland, needless to say the pump never arrived and I had to refund the buyer out of my own pocket. After getting to the bottom of confusing and strange tracking with the help of a very kind boss man at the Irish end of eBay's Global Delivery' operation I found that the item had never left the eBay courier facility in the UK. I then spent 2 weeks and dozens of phone calls to both eBay and paypal who each put the responsibility on the other for the loss. After weeks of trying and get my money back I admit I nearly gave up they made it so hard but eventually after I threatened to take the matter to law eBay caved in and paid me back my loss.I kid you not anyone who uses eBay's Global Delivery' is a mug, the whole thing is a scam, I've had more than 50% of all the items I've sent by G/S gone lost/missing and I've had to stand the loss as they make it so hard to get them to take responsibility. In my experience eBay are nothing but a bunch of rotten crooks, they are always so quick to take you money but always so tardy to make good on their responsibilities when they get it wrong.
