On 7th June we were offered a full refund from a seller for a faulty sports bag as they couldn’t supply a replacement.They did not want us to return the bag just requested a good review. We waited for the refund to be credited to our bank but nothing happened. We repeatedly contacted Ebay who promised to look into it and make the refund. 18 weeks on we still haven’t had the refund. We feel our only option is to go to thefinancial ombudsman
