I've used ebay since 2002. But I may no longer be able to. There is no level of service and support. I had an interesting situation to avoid what could be a massive headache and was unable to speak to a representative. Even after several phone calls I was unable to speak to a human and was referred back to the automated help which I had spend quite a while trying to find the answer. In the end I had to cancel the order.
