ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sold a phone for £180 and shipped it in perfect condition, they claimed that it wasn’t as described, it was- perfectly. EBay then issued her a refund and she sent an empty box back to my address and they are demanding u now have to pay the £180 because her account doesn’t appear fraudulent. Would NEVER use eBay again
