I recently bought several items on eBay, paid on time, and had 100 percent positive feedback. All of a sudden, with no explanation other than claiming I am a "threat to the eBay community"), they banned me. I had won auctions the night before - they won't let me pay for them or even contact the seller. I have a number of items I paid for in November and the sellers have not shipped my items. eBay says I no longer have buyer protection. I believe they call that theft. I need to find out how to take legal action against eBay. Shame on you, nasty eBay. Looks like you're on a power trip. No wonder everybody hates you. I will be contacting my Washington representatives about this. You should not be allowed to operate if you are going to be so dishonest and nasty. 1/24/2025 update: well. eBay told sellers I had already paid that they didn't have to send me my purchases and they didn't. I have not received so much as one red cent in any refund. How can eBay steal my money and no one does anything about it? eBay committed theft and, dammit, that is ILLEGAL
