I would put negative stars if I could. My account has recently been permanently suspended after sending out 6 orders with no negative feedback. I received 6 orders on a holiday where I could not send out product. However the following day jan2 I sent them out. eBay had suspended my account Jan 1 because I did not send them out right away, and therefore told me to update tracking information when I send out the parcel. Which I did. They then proceeded to permanently suspend my account. The buyers have received their parcel and I am not going to get my momey. 3800$ worth of product. eBay is a complete rip off for sellers and I’ve read constantly on how the scam sellers out of money by suspending their accounts. Wish I knew that before doing business with them. Horrible customer service. I called their number to resolve this issue and he says there’s nothing they can do horrible service!
