I sold a piece and shipped the item. Upon receipt the buyer sent me a note saying poor pack job part is damaged. Went on to state that the box it was shipped in arrived perfect. The item was a coke hot wheel that is encased in a hard plastic shell. I always fill the box with empty grocery bags to keep the item safe. The damage he claimed was absolutely impossible if the box was not damaged. Unfortunately, they surround themselves with people who obviously have zero common sense and go under the rule the buyer is always right. They don't allow for negative feedback to the buyer and will scrub any if written. It was stated to me, no buyers, we don't need sellers. Hence it breeds scammers trying to swap their damaged items for perfect items. I have zero need for EBAY as there are plenty of avenues to sell. Beware if you decide to sell there.
