I have not had too many problems, they have worked with me most of the time. Recently I ordered something shipped through orange connection and then locally through UniUni. UniUni said my address was undeliverable which is a lie because I receive packages all the time. eBay would not issue a refund saying I needed update my address to a valid one. If they looked at my order history they would plainly see that I receive packages at this address all the time. So be careful and try to stay away from anyone shipping from China and using Orange Connex or UniUni.
