eBay permanently suspended my account (sermare_0) without any real explanation. I had completed a successful sale — the buyer received the item and confirmed everything was fine. Yet eBay froze my funds and keeps ignoring my requests for help.All I get from customer service are automated responses and links to useless articles. No human reply, no review, no solution. I've already filed complaints to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and EU ODR, but eBay refuses to respond meaningfully.This is unacceptable behavior from a global platform.
