I have ordered my car part from ebay. Thn i got notification from evri that they received my order and they gave options if i want to make changes in delivery. I changed my address from my home address to evri locker. Reason for that because always evri drivers left parcel outside my house at unsafe place and its always got stolen. So this time i didn't want to take risk cz it was my car part which was really important so i chose evri lockers. I got confirmation from evri as well that my delivery will be delivered at evri locker. But the driver left the parcel outside my house and sent me the picture as well. Me and my husband work from 10am to 12 midnight so no one was at home and when i came back around 12.30 parcel was not there. I contacted evri they said sorry won't happen again. I contact the seller he said sorry navigation says its been delivered. I contacted ebay and they said the same thing that navigation shows that its been delivered. So i lost £92.99. I appealed on ebay but they refused. I gave proof as well but they said sorry. So plz everyone do not trust ebay's logo of money back guarantee. They are fake. They are ok for £1-£2 things purchase but not more thn that. Its better to spend little more on amazon and save your money. Dont trust ebay.
