Another terrible support system. I never got a microtransaction I purchased (Apex coins) which is something they're well known for if you check forums. I didn't know this at the time or I wouldn't have given them my money. I got charged but never received the coins. After contacting them they made me jump through hoops and brushed me off saying the transaction doesn't show on my account. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge with my bank. Unfortunately since it was so low, the bank will just credit me and take the loss instead of the terrible company that took my money and gave me nothing.
