EA are the kings of loot boxes, which is essentially gambling right? I am a big boy though and i don't mind taking a risk in the pursuit of higher rewards. However, one gamble i don't like is whether i will actually get what i purchased. In SWGOH, i purchased one vault and got charged twice. After 8 months of trying to get this issue resolved, i was essentially told, "sorry you did not get the items you purchased, please ask Apple for a refund from the app store!" No real attempt was made to investigate the issue. I just got fobbed off. Don't ever give EA your money!
