Bought fifa points, weren’t added to my account. Spoke to people on online chat, had to screen shot everything 3 times via laptop, take screenshots on my PS4, then upload them via phone. But phone screenshots aren’t allowed? Woman on the phone was patronising, rude and reading from a script. Also contradicted herself. Spoke to me like a child. I’ll chargeback the payment through my bank, no help at all by these bunch of script reading, patronising people. If your product is faulty, do not sell it.
