If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Customer service? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!?? You can't actually speak to ANYONE who can actually help with ANYTHING. My Battlefield 5 account was banned for "cheating", and I did nothing of the sort. I literally got stuck on a rock formation due to a GLITCH IN THE MAP! I couldn't' move, so I was jumping and strafing and shooting, trying to get out of being stuck. I finally get out, and the next thing I know I am kicked from the server, and my account is banned!!! EA's ONLY process to dispute their stupid anti-cheat garbage is to submit a ticket online and wait for god knows how long for them to respond, so that's what I do. Guess what!? They e-mailed me back and said "we completed a complete investigation and have determined that we took the correct course of action and your account will remain banned due to cheating." REALLY you morons? I GOT STUCK DUE TO A GLITCH!!!! <--- AKA YOUR FAULT, NOT MINE!!!!!! To top it all off I have never had my account banned, reported, or ever had anyone be suspicious about whether or not I am cheating, because I SUCK AT BATTLEFIELD! Look at my f***ing KDR you morons! You'd think I would have a decent KDR if I was a cheater. EA has the absolute WORST (AKA non-existent) customer service I have EVER seen. They never did a "full investigation" of my issue, because if they had, MY ACCOUNT WOULDN'T STILL BE BANNED! I have no intentions on ever purchasing any EA game ever again and I will be happy to tell the many influencers and several thousand followers to avoid them at all cost.
