Customer support is non existent. They could not understand simple English and will answer your queries with templates. They are so bad I sometimes feel they are trolling. Even when asked to close the ticket they still write back with templates telling customers they are unwilling to help. Games will have bugs and glitches, acknowledge that and help your players and not accuse them of making fake claims. Simply pathetic.
