I would leave a 0 if I could. I got logged out of Apex legends on my Ps4 because "I haven't logged in for a while" and its has gave me the option to reset my account password, now the only problem is that for some reason beyond my understanding my ps4 is linked to a email that I have never used or ever created. When I rang customer support for help I was told I need to give them information relating to the account to prove that the EA account is mine. The funny thing is that I don't have any information for that account as I didn't make it or have zero idea who could of made it, I have never made a EA account to play apex so how could i have a linked account?! I made a new account to prove you only have to accept the T&C and you jump straight into apex no account creation. EA help has been zero help at all and it seems like no one really cares and doesn't want to help you. I've now lost over 2 years worth of progress, money, and fun as I was a day one player that was with Apex from its humble beginnings. I will never buy another EA game because of this.I would understand if this was an account I created and forgot the password too but it isn't, and I'm just left feeling like I've been totally ripped off by EA. Absolutely disgusting.
