this review is about EA play service. let me give it to you nice and easy, if you want a cheap way to play games use any other services but this, you are better off saving money for the actual game you want to play. this company's customer service is one of the worst if not the absolute worst since the invention of e-commerce. i have been trying to delete my account for a week now and after i emailed customer service i got a reply the next day asking for details of my account which i gave, for a week now i have been receiving the same email asking for the same details every single day. all they do is send me a copy paste email asking for the same thing over and over, like dude, just close my account, you just have to click a button it ain't rocket science. a note to EA: your games have been crappy since 2010 so plese stop spending money on trying to make a decent game but rather upgrade the hamsters working at you customer service department to humans.
