They decide to reactive a subscription that I hadn't used for several years and charge me for doing so contact support because I couldn't access the account they wouldn't help had to go through PayPal they where just as bad and fell on the side of EA in the end had to go to bank to get payment reversed good on HSBC Do not subscribe to EA at any cost
