What a terrible company. I bought some PC games which NEVER worked, so I emailed them hoping we could resolve the issue as I had spent a lot of money on these games. I got no response after months of trying and got my bank to reclaim my money. Without any communication my account was just banned afterwards even though I had sent countless emails explaining the situation. 1 star is very generous for this company.
