Not worth zero stars!My problem is I have 11 paid for games in my library dating back 10 years so no longer have the codes as my Purchase History containing them has vanished so I cannot play until they reappear. I contacted 'support'.What an incredibly devious support area they have. It takes a couple of days to discover the complicated route to a support human. I have now contacted 5 or6 different ones and got as far as confirming my credentials with their code number after Simon failed to send it That's after giving them all my relevant details. Today yet another one answered and asked me to provide all the stuff I'd already provided and more.Days have passed and a series of disinterested 'experts' have had me going round in circles and getting madder by the day.This is looking like it's company policy to give paid up customers the run around when they want what they paid for. Never buy a game from this apparently totally corrupt outfit.
