I am not a hateful person. However, EA, i hate you. I have so much put into my sims including purchased packs and so on, and I cannot access them anymore because I cannot get into my account. Your stupid platform will not accept any of my passwords including one I am 10000000% sure is the right one (i can sign into my account on the website but not fully as as soon as i put in all the details and im almost through they want verification from an old email i can no longer access because my account has been messing me about for so long) , and so now i am stuck. I have stooped so low i am willing to RESTART EVERYTHING ON A NEW ACCOUNT but alas I cannot as the sign in portal still refuses to let me in even with a new account, new password, new number, email, etc. nothing works. I have been patient, persistent, etc. I can no longer do this. I am so over it.
