I lost the email that is linked to my account, no problem I'll just talk to the customer service. But to apparently gain access I would have to give the person my IP address, DOB, country, my name, last 4 digits of my card, and my billing address among other personal information. I just don't think that it is the best to get your customers to give out this information via text. And I did ask them if there was any other way and they told me no.
