So incredibly bad its unbelievableI stopped using their app long time ago and when i came back to log into my account, it was apparently hacked and it has a 2ND EMAIL that doesnt belong to me. I wanted to remove it but i CANT because i have to send a verification EMAIL TO THE 2ND EMAIL. I then opened a case in hopes of getting my account deleted . . . 3 mins reponse time they said. its been over 30mins :thumbsupemoji:i genuinely hope they go bankrupt, their website is also so incredibly bad and horrible to navigate - i made a new account so i can finally PLAY the game i bought on steam and i have YET to receive a verification email from them so i can finally use the new account. why does it take them SEVERAL minutes, which other companies can do in seconds???
