I've had a similar issues as other who have random bans on a game. This game I haven't played in years. Their customer service is horrendous. I've tried to defend them to my husband who says I shouldn't give them my money. Now I have a problem and they didn't even answer it correctly. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would never recommend their game. Not that it matters they have bad reviews and don't seem in any hurry to make it right.
