The fact that they partnerup with checss.com makes it evident that this is not a serious company. I have an yearly subscription and they continue with trying to sell you “gemms” to complete certain exercises. Will definitely not continue my subscription. I have a family one and we all are unhappy with the service.Plus, they dont have any type of costumer service and youre unable to comment directly to the company, their translations are not accurate way too often. Would suggest to stay away.
