Duolingo has no customer support

It is impossible to recommend Duolingo. It is a good way of learning UNTIL it goes wrong, which it does quite often. Current issue is that the lessons refuse to load. This means I am stuck, and can't use the programme at all. The problem is —THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. FAQs that don't cover it, no phone line, no live chat, just a "submit bug" email option, which produces an automatic reply saying you will not get a reply. So I send another saying I do need a reply. Another automatic reply saying I won't get one. To put it politely, this is total rubbish. There is no way for me to go on using Duolingo. I guess they just don't care.
